If you need help with your Primal Match account, want to report a problem, or have a question that the in-app FAQ doesn't answer, you can reach the right team using one of the addresses below. We typically reply within one business day; safety reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
How to reach us
SMS VERIFICATION HELP
Primal Match sends a one-time SMS verification code (OTP) when you sign up for or sign in to the app, to confirm you own the phone number you provided. This is the only SMS our app sends. We never send marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency: typically 1–2 SMS per sign-up, plus 1 SMS per future sign-in if you choose SMS as your authentication method. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any verification SMS. You will receive one final confirmation SMS and no further SMS will be sent. After opting out you will need to use email-based authentication to sign in.

BILLING & SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are billed and managed by Apple. To manage, cancel, or request a refund for a Primal+ subscription, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. For questions about subscription content or features, contact:

Account deletion
You can delete your account from inside the app at Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent. We delete or anonymize your personal data on our servers within 30 days.
