Safety & Community Guidelines

Primal Match is for adults 18 and older who are serious about meeting people who share their values around health, lifestyle, and family. The community is only as good as the standards we hold each other to. These guidelines explain what we expect of every member and what to do if something goes wrong.

Reporting and our response time

Every profile in the app exposes Block and Report controls. When you report someone, our safety team reviews the report within 24 hours and takes action (warning, suspension, or permanent removal) when the conduct violates these guidelines.

Reporting a profile automatically blocks them from contacting you while we investigate. The reported user is not told who reported them.

How to reach the safety team

For urgent safety concerns, follow-ups on a previously submitted report, or anything that needs human review outside the in-app flow, email us at safety@primalmatch.com.

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services first, Primal Match cannot dispatch emergency responders.

Meeting in person

Always meet in a public place, tell a friend where you'll be and when you expect to be back, and arrange your own transportation. Photo verification on a Primal Match profile means we reviewed an ID document, it is not a background check or a guarantee of safety.

Account suspension and removal

Primal Match may suspend, restrict, or permanently remove accounts that violate these guidelines or our Terms of Service. We may act on reports from other users, on patterns we detect ourselves, or at our sole discretion. Removed users may not create new accounts without our written permission.
